Just blocks away from High Park and situated on an architecurally significant street, this three storey brick home required a full restoration. The project hinged on ensuring a compromised foundation was fully rebuilt and safe for the young family that would call this space home. For first time home owners, their goals were ambitious; a large extension off the back, a grand kitchen that featured a ‘wow factor’ pantry and plenty of light, bright spaces for their girls to play indoors. Elements included contemporary lighting choices, a carefully chosen palette of tonal colour changes that added flow and warmth to large home, walnut flooring including waterfall walnut stairs and a third floor master with generous ensuite and freestanding soaker tub and a substantial walk-in closet.
