Addition including Living Space, Kitchen, mudroom, walk-out to pool, bathroom.
The client’s had long list of renovation needs: an open, contemporary space with a large kitchen with dining area, a mudroom, and an informal entertainment area with a wet bar, walk-out to the pool, and accessible bathroom from the backyard.
The homeowners and their family remained in the home during renovation, and to maintain livability, the addition was carried out near to completion prior to tying into existing living space.
To achieve an open concept, a 32’ load-bearing beam was installed, left exposed, and stained to match the flooring. The updated, kitted kitchen included a custom island with Crazy Horse granite. A custom, frameless glass stairwell was also installed to allow for natural light.
Testimonial: Pleased at the turnaround, delighted with the results
Mike, I just want to let you know how impressed I have been by the standard of work carried out on my property, and to thank you for the tidy and orderly way in which your team went about their tasks. It’s important to note that not only is the work itself of an excellent standard, you and your team of contractors were wholly professional and a pleasure to work with.
I was kept informed of the schedule at all times, which was a benefit in preventing what could have been a stressful situation, as most renovations are. In addition, the manner in which the entire project was managed, from the accurate and reasonable estimates, to the completion ahead of schedule, has only solidified my decision to contact you for any future work.
Thank you once again for a job well done, and please convey our gratitude to the members of your team as well.
