Toronto Bungalow Reborn
This 1973 flat roofed split-level bungalow has now been converted into a mid-century modern inspired, well-appointed family home. Not only had this house been vacant for over 3 years, but almost the entire house was untouched for 40 years. Personally designed and rebuilt by M-Squared co-owner Michael Lawrance for his family, every part of this house required an overhaul. Now complete, the reinvention of this home was a true labour of love.
